Our
eco-friendly extra heavy duty postal tubes with strong paper caps are
perfect for artists sending out prints, original pictures such as water
colours or for those selling maps posters, decals, blueprints etc. The moulded fibre board or heavy duty paper caps are currently available in 2" diameter with plans
for a 3" & even a 4" version in the pipeline. This will allow
artists and others using postal tubes for the postage of their pictures,
prints or other rolled paper items to completely avoid plastic in
their packaging. As packaging for
posters, prints, original pictures, decals or anything else that can be
rolled: postal tubes are by far the strongest and best performing. Now
with extremely strong fibre board / paper caps – postal tubes are also the best
environmentally friendly packaging to choose if you are looking for an
eco-friendly packaging solution for your artwork and poster mailings.
As
a mailing tube closure – the cardboard caps for our cardboard postal
tubes offer a fully recyclable option that avoids the use of plastic
altogether. They are certainly the most environmentally friendly postal
tube stopper option & represent a huge advantage over traditional
plastic caps or bungs. Protecting the environment and especially our
oceans from plastics is essential – making these great
performing paper tube caps a 'must have' and the perfect environmentally
friendly cap for postal tubes or mailing tubes being used to post your
artwork, rolled items or anything else that fits into the mailing tube.
The cardboard or paper plugs for our 2" diameter postal tubes are also
suitable for tubes from other manufacturers and can be supplied
separately from our range of postal tubes if required. Postage of

As paper postal tube caps they can of course simply be composted or recycled through your normal paper recycling system after use.
Ideally
our paper caps should be stapled in place using metal staples with our
strong postal tube stapler, but they can also be held in place using our
eco-friendly kraft paper parcel tape or packing tape if preferred.
