Delivery Information

The vast majority of items on this site costing over £30.00 excluding vat have FREE SHIPPING to most mainland U.K. addresses. Orders below £30 excluding vat attract a small delivery charge of just £4.99 + vat. Hopefully most customers can mitigate this charge simply by adding some additional items to increase their order value to the free delivery threshold.

A few areas of the Scottish Highlands along with offshore addresses will also attract a surcharge — which is applied by the couriers we use. Unfortunately we have to pass these surcharges on to customers.

Some large & longer items may also require an additional payment but we work hard to negotiate extremely competitive rates with our courier partners. Our custom made ISPM-15 wooden shipping cases for sculptures & paintings will be quoted excluding shipping, but of course shipping can be arranged to all parts of the U.K.
